❌ Cons

Terrible costumer service. I ordered 3 1/2 month ago, got a notification that it was shipped 2 months ago and never heard from them again.
Ordered a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago and still waiting for feedback
For a so called "sustainable" company they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Order not delivered, and impossible to contact the company.
I am not happy at all with this service. I've ordered 2 shoes 3 weeks ago and haven't got any news till now about my purchase.
