Mrs. Laura Turner ordered Narcissus Trumpet Yellow 20 bulbs (size 12/14) from YouGarden on 12th October 2022, and her order arrived on 14th. She has planted them and is looking forward to seeing them in the spring. The process went smoothly, and the YouGarden team texted her to keep her up to date.
The two hanging baskets arrived within a few days, in good condition, and very well packaged to prevent damage. The plants look sturdy and are flourishing well. Margaret does not like the bright yellow basket but hopes the trailing flowers will cover it soon. Overall, She had a very good purchase experience.
Susan Capstick ordered Primrose, which was delivered safely and quickly. They were good, strong plants that went straight into the garden and looked healthy. The Pot Luck offer was also of very good value, and the plants were strong.
Actual plants/baskets are truly healthy, colourful & better than expected. Brilliant Packaging with fast despatch & delivery.
A few years ago, Rosemary shopped for a bush cherry tree (Porthos). Unfortunately, the plant died of her negligence. She contacted the YouGarden Customer Team, and they replaced it. She had given them plenty of orders and was delighted with the strong young plants she had received.
Trailing Begonia 'Illumination Apricot Shades' is a good bargain at a good price.
'Victoria' Plum Tree is a lovely strong tree with a good rootball. Arrived well packed and undamaged.

Some customers experienced delivery of under sized, damaged, and wrong plants.
Though E Ainslie was happy with their top quality products, he faced issues with their payment methods. While trying to order online, the screen did not accept either his debit or credit card. So he had to phone the customer support and then either card was accepted. He was also not happy with the price they charged.
