Samples received at 9:30 A.M. can be collected at 10:00 AM.M. the next day.
How should I prepare my samples for sequencing service?
Samples should be deposited in a 0.2ml strip tube. Mix the following in a 0.2 ml tube: sample DNA (please refer to the table above for the amount of DNA to use), 3.2pmol primer/sample, 8μl PCR water. The total volume of each sample should equal 8μl.
How should my tests be labeled?
Tests should be labeled with your initials and a serial listing.
How to delete my data?
Yes. You can delete a file permanently in your account anytime. To delete a file, sign into your account, identify the file you want to delete and select the ‘Delete’ option.
Can I recover my data?
The file you delete will be deleted permanently and it cannot be recovered.
