OPT is great. I've bought most of my gear from them. But with the pandemic, supplies are slow coming out of China. Be patient.
OPT is great and is quickly becoming my preferred vendor for an unhealthy astrophotography obsession. Great prices and the staff are always very helpful.

I believe OPT is safe. I've bought a number of things from them, wither never a problem.
We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos.
The OPT team put their worth on display when they assisted me when I became ill.
To add to this, as far as retailers go, I know optcorp is very good as are most of the other astronomy (online) retailers.
Haven’t had clear nights to align, too smoky an cloudy. Solid build, good stuff!

❌ Cons

Reached out to their customer service as a new customer and received no reply despite them reading the message and having it marked as seen.
Reasonable prices for products however the shipping costs are extremely exorbitant.
Used this finder scope 3 time and the red dot no longer works.
Purchased a zwo asi camera that was defective.
its pretty worthless for this wifi based CMOS scope.

They do not offer solutions to customers, their chat is worthless because nobody provided me with a solution.
When I ask before ordering a product to confirm it is in stock I expect a truthful answer. Now I have to find a new vendor that tells the truth.
No responses here or to my emails. I stand by initial comments 100% terrible customer service! Zero respect for customers and our money.
