I find that if I take the vitamin plain, it still tastes too much like vitamins for my sensitive palate.
This product contains Alpha Tocopherol - synthetic vitamin E which has been linked to high blood pressure, cancer, cardiac risk and osteoporosis.

Can I put my Liquid Vitamins in a Hot Liquid?

They do not recommend placing liquid vitamins into hot liquids (coffee, tea etc.). High heat has the potential to degrade vitamins and since they have not done testing on the viability of liquid vitamins in hot liquids, they recommend consuming as per the directions.
