❌ Cons

I love this company but I recently sent my order to the wrong address and I’m trying to contact them and I’m not getting a response any one know how to edit shipping address or just simply cancel the order I’m having a hard time.
Received my headband wig today… I ordered a 12 inch but received a 10 inch… can’t get in touch with anyone this mistake!
I place a order on May 1 and I have yet to receive my order.
While attempting to order certain bundles with closures I wasn’t able to complete because selection options didn’t allow me to purchase.
Took a while to process order due to some payment options showing available but not after processing order had 2 pervious cancelled order before this successfully one.
The closure texture is pretty much the same. It does have a smell, but a co-wash and deep condition should do the job. Will make this into a wig soon. Will add more feedback in a months time.
