❌ Cons

My one complaint is that the packaging wasn’t the greatest. They did damage some of the leaves and stems, by shoving as many plants as they could, into a small box.
My first shipment arrived completely dead, which I knew had to be a fluke because of all the great reviews. I contacted Justin and he got back to me SO quick!
Sally Powell (Product Buyer)
H2o Plants have comparatively less variety of products in their store, but they are increasing the number of products.

Sadly, this is not possible because of the limits of their website.

Where is their shop located?

As a result, there is no actual store where customers can visit them at this time. They are based in New Jersey, however it is out of  their basement. If you live in Hillside, New Jersey, and wish to pick up your item, select "local pickup" at checkout and email them to set up a time and location.
