The main disadvantage of the band is if you use it in an improper way, you may meet with any muscle pain and aches.
I tried to buy these mobility bands to save a few bucks instead of going with the mobility wod bands from rouge which I had tried before and I was sorely disappointed.
The Edge Tool, Well. I didn't use the product yet but it already has scratches. So I didn't receive a new one even though I paid for brand new.

How do I return an item?
