As a Military wife who just found her 3 sisters after 41 years, I thought ordering 3 matching rings would be a great gift. They came in a month late & different times.
I ordered from this company 6 weeks ago. I received an email saying they had shipped the products 27 days ago. Still no product.
Bought 1 jacket with AIRFORCE for my son. Weeks later I get ARMY jacket.
The shipping cost isn’t shown until after you checkout. Now I have to try and cancel
Not impresses pendant too small. Too lightweight I am going to return it.

In December we ordered a collectible figurine from Bradford. Item received but not packaged as a collectible (no box).

A family member has tried to contact you, on my behalf, but the enquiry couldn’t be answered. Why?

They have a legal requirement under the Data Protection Act to secure all of their customer information. For that reason they can only discuss account details with the account holder or any person that has previously been authorised to speak on behalf of the customer.

How do I get removed from their mailing list?

Go to their Contact Us page, please fill out your details and in the ‘My Enquiry’ box please state that you wish to be removed from mailing list and their Customer Service team shall remove your details.

Am I permitted to return a personalised item?

Unfortunately they are unable to accept returns on personalised goods, unless the product is faulty. If this is the case, please call their customer service team on 0333 003 1532
