I used hotel transfer plus ferry and it worked out much cheaper if I had to arrange taxi. So saved money. And when I needed support- I was surprised at quality of support as it exceeded my expectations.

The taxi arrived early to pick us up from our hotel in Krabi and take us to Phuket. We had a whole mini van to ourselves (2 of us), seats reclined and were really comfortable. Would book again.

❌ Cons

Book with literally anyone else. No help from customer support and over priced. There are better options.
I booked a ride with them (164 euro) and the rider didn’t show. They didn’t help us to find solution and after 10 days no refound!
Booking experience was good. But the bus journey was terrible.
Booking confirmed with pick up but pick up never came. IMPOSSIBLE to reach Bookaway by chat, numerous international and local Thai numbers, Line etc.
I used their service couple of times, the first time I had no issues. The second time, I paid 190$ for a transfer and I had to request a change in my pick-up location and drop off and it has been a nightmare with a terrible customer service.
Booked a train trip which said ‘instant confirmation’. After payment, the booking says ‘pending’, no tickets were issued. And my credit card was charged.
We booked and paid for bus tickets from Dalat to Na Trang online. They have never send us the final tickets as promised within 24 hours.
